A non-functioning gas lift is covered under the Oggon warranty. Please visit our Warranty Policy page and submit a claim. Our team will arrange a replacement part or technician visit.
Most Oggon chairs can be fully assembled in 15–20 minutes by one person following the video guide. Having a second person to assist with the backrest attachment can reduce this to under 10 minutes.
No. Every Oggon chair comes with all screws, bolts, and an Allen key included in the box. You do not need to purchase or arrange any additional tools. The assembly manual is also included.
