Our warranty is our promise to you — that every functional component of your Oggon chair will perform exactly as it should, for years to come.
At Oggon Enterprises, we believe that a great chair should work flawlessly — every single day. That is why we back every product we sell with a comprehensive warranty covering all critical functional components. We genuinely care about your experience, and if anything goes wrong with the working parts of your chair, we will make it right — quickly, politely, and without unnecessary hassle.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Oggon's authorised platforms only. Please read through the details below, and do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any questions at all.
What Is & Isn't Covered
- Seat mechanism (tilt, recline, and locking functions)
- Hydraulic gas lift (height adjustment up/down)
- Lumbar support adjustment system
- Armrest height/width adjustment mechanism
- Base stand structural integrity
- Castor wheels (rolling function)
- Headrest adjustment mechanism
- Physical damage — cracks, fractures, or breaks to any part
- Broken or damaged backrest (due to misuse or force)
- Fabric, mesh, or leatherette wear, fading, or tears
- Foam or cushion compression from normal use
- Scratches, dents, or surface discolouration
- Damage due to improper assembly by customer
- Damage from misuse, overloading, or unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Cosmetic changes from ageing or extended use
Important — Please Read Carefully
Our warranty covers functional and mechanical issues only — meaning something stopped working the way it should. It does not cover physical breakage caused by force, accidents, or misuse. For example:
- If the backrest adjustment mechanism stops working — Covered ✅
- If the backrest physically snaps or cracks — Not Covered ❌
- If the height does not adjust — Covered ✅
- If the fabric tears or fades — Not Covered ❌
Authorised Purchase Platforms
Warranty is valid only on products purchased from the following official Oggon channels. We do not have any authorised resellers, dealers, or offline distributors. If you have purchased from anywhere other than the platforms below, your product is not covered under this warranty.
⚠️ Products purchased from unknown persons, unauthorised sellers, or any platform where Oggon is not the listed seller are not eligible for warranty. Please always verify you are purchasing from Oggon directly.
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
We have made this process as simple and stress-free as possible. Here is exactly what to do:
Check that your issue is covered
Review the "What's Covered" section above. Warranty applies only to functional and mechanical failures — not physical damage, fabric wear, or cosmetic issues.
Gather your order details
Keep your Order ID, purchase platform, and date of delivery handy. If possible, take a short video of the issue — this helps our team understand the problem faster.

Resolution within 7–14 working days
Depending on your issue, we will either arrange a technician visit or ship a replacement spare part to you at no charge. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
