Common Tracking Questions

Orders are dispatched within 1โ€“2 business days and your AWB tracking number is sent via SMS and email at that point. If it's been more than 2 business days and you haven't received it, please email support@oggon.in with your Order ID and we'll share the tracking details immediately.

Yes, this can happen when your package is moving between sorting hubs or during high-volume periods โ€” scans don't always happen at every hub. Tracking typically resumes once it reaches your city's delivery centre. If there are no updates for more than 4 business days, contact us at support@oggon.in and we'll investigate with the courier.

Please check with neighbours, building security, or the reception desk โ€” sometimes couriers leave packages there. If you genuinely haven't received it, contact us immediately at support@oggon.in with your Order ID. We will raise a dispute with the courier and investigate within 24โ€“48 hours.

Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is dispatched. Please contact us at support@oggon.in immediately if you need to make a change before dispatch. For address corrections after dispatch, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly using your AWB number.

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. You will receive a notification after a failed attempt, and the courier will retry on the next business day. You can also contact the courier directly using your AWB number to reschedule a convenient delivery slot.

Please take a clear photo or short video of the damaged packaging and product before or during unboxing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oggon.in with your Order ID and the photos. Transit damage is fully covered โ€” we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund with zero deductions.

We ship through Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and Ecom Express depending on your pincode and the fastest available option at the time of dispatch. The assigned courier name is included in your dispatch email along with the AWB tracking number.
