This policy explains exactly how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for orders placed through Oggon.in, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, or B2B/corporate direct orders. We've kept it simple and fair — no confusing fee tiers, no hidden charges.

1Order Cancellation Policy
We believe cancelling an order should be just as easy as placing one. Here's exactly how it works at every stage:
Before your order is shipped
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse — for any reason, no questions asked.

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled directly. You may choose to refuse delivery at your doorstep, or accept delivery and follow our standard Return process instead (see Section 2).

27-Day Return Policy
If you've changed your mind, or the chair simply isn't the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a no-questions-asked return, the product must be:
- Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
- In its original condition, undamaged, with the original box and packaging intact and not tampered with
- Accompanied by all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials

- Change of mind, within 7 days of delivery
- Product not as described or expected
- Manufacturing defect identified after delivery
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong product or variant delivered
- Missing parts at the time of delivery
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
- Products with a tampered, opened beyond inspection, or damaged original box
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper assembly by the customer
- Products with removed or damaged warranty/serial tags
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (where applicable)
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
4How to Request a Return
We've made the return process as simple as possible. Here's exactly what to do:

Tell us the reason for return. For defects/damage, attach a photo or short video
Pickup Scheduled
We arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 2–4 business days
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is initiated within 5–7 business days
5Refund Timelines & Methods
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, your refund will be processed as follows:

You will receive an SMS and email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, along with the reference number. Please note that the time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
6Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution:
- Email return@oggon.in with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video
- We will arrange a free pickup and either send a replacement or process a full refund, based on your preference and product availability
- No shipping charges or deductions apply for genuinely damaged or defective products — this is fully covered by us
7Wrong Product Delivered
In the rare event that you receive a different product or variant than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a photo of the product received. We will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item and either ship the correct product immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.
8Orders from Amazon, Flipkart & JioMart
If you purchased your Oggon chair through Amazon, Flipkart, or JioMart, your cancellation and return request must be raised directly through that platform, following their respective return policies and timelines, since the order, payment, and logistics are managed by them.
For any product-related questions, defects, or warranty matters on marketplace orders, you can always reach out to us directly at support@oggon.in — we're happy to assist regardless of where you purchased from.
9Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk orders (5+ chairs) and corporate purchases, cancellation and return terms may vary based on the specific agreement made at the time of order, especially for custom configurations or extended payment terms. Please refer to your order confirmation or invoice, or contact our corporate sales team at support@oggon.in for specific terms applicable to your order.
10Non-Returnable Situations
To keep this policy fair for everyone, please note the following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products with a tampered, opened, or damaged original box that cannot be verified as resalable
- Damage caused by the customer due to misuse, overloading, improper assembly, or unauthorised modification
- Products where the warranty seal, serial number tag, or original packaging has been intentionally removed or tampered with
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or unknown third-party sellers (Oggon does not have any authorised resellers — see our Warranty Policy)
