How is the chair packaged for transit?+
Each chair ships in a reinforced carton with foam protection around the backrest, seat, base and hydraulic, packed to handle long-distance transit across India.
What if my order arrives damaged?+

How should I set my chair height correctly?+
Set the seat so your feet rest flat on the floor with knees at roughly 90 degrees and your elbows level with the desk. If the desk is too high, raise the chair and add a footrest rather than dangling your feet.
