At Oggon Enterprises, we are committed to delivering your ergonomic office chair quickly, safely, and completely free of charge — across every serviceable pincode in India. This policy covers everything from when your order is placed to when it arrives at your doorstep.

For orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, or JioMart, shipping and delivery are managed entirely by those platforms. Please refer to their individual shipping policies for such orders. This policy applies exclusively to orders placed on Oggon.in.

2Order Processing Time

Every Oggon chair goes through a quality check and careful packing process at our Mumbai warehouse before dispatch. Here is what to expect:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same day or the very next business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next working business day
  • During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year sales, festive periods), processing may take 1–2 additional business days — you will always be notified promptly if any delay occurs
📦 Order Processing: 1–2 Business Days. You will receive an email and SMS with your AWB tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

5Order Tracking

You'll always know exactly where your Oggon chair is. Here's what happens step by step after you place your order:

You receive an instant order confirmation email and SMS with your Order ID.

Quality Check & Packing

Within 1–2 business days, your chair is quality-checked, securely packed, and handed to the courier partner.

Dispatched — Tracking Number Sent

You receive a dispatch confirmation email and SMS with your AWB tracking number. Use this on the courier's website for real-time tracking.

Out for Delivery

Your courier partner will notify you when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

Delivered — Please Inspect Before Signing

Inspect the outer packaging before accepting. If the box is visibly damaged or tampered with, note this with the delivery executive and contact us within 48 hours at support@oggon.in.

7Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address during business hours.

  • If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will notify you and attempt re-delivery on the next working day
  • After 3 failed attempts, the shipment is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our Mumbai warehouse
  • For re-shipment after an RTO due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply
  • You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier partner using your AWB number, or by emailing us at support@oggon.in
⚠️ Please carefully verify your delivery address and active phone number before placing your order. Oggon is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

8Damaged in Transit

We carefully pack every Oggon chair to prevent transit damage. However, if your order arrives with visible damage:

  • At delivery — If the outer box appears crushed, torn, or tampered with, photograph or video it before opening and note the condition with the delivery executive
  • After opening — If you discover product damage upon unboxing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oggon.in with your Order ID, photos, and a brief description
  • Genuine transit damage is fully covered — we will arrange a free replacement or issue a complete refund at no extra charge to you
Transit damage is completely covered by Oggon. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence for the fastest resolution — no additional charges will apply.

9Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk orders of 5 or more chairs and corporate purchases, the following applies:

  • Bulk orders are shipped via dedicated freight or cargo logistics for safe, consolidated delivery of multiple units
  • Delivery timelines for bulk orders are confirmed at the time of order placement and may vary from standard single-unit timelines
  • For orders of 10 or more chairs, we offer complimentary installation assistance in select locations — please confirm availability when placing your order
  • A dedicated Oggon account manager will coordinate the full delivery schedule and installation with your team

10Shipping FAQs

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be requested before dispatch. Email support@oggon.in with your Order ID immediately after placing the order. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
My tracking number is not showing any updates — what should I do?
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, email us at support@oggon.in with your Order ID and we will investigate immediately.
Is the chair delivered assembled or does it need assembly?
All Oggon chairs are delivered in flat-pack boxes with all components, hardware, and a clear assembly manual included. Most models assemble in 15–20 minutes, requiring no special tools.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time slot?
We do not currently offer scheduled delivery slots for standard orders. For bulk and corporate orders, delivery scheduling can be arranged by contacting our team directly.
Do you ship outside India?
Oggon currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What if I miss all 3 delivery attempts?
If all 3 delivery attempts fail, the package returns to our Mumbai warehouse. Please contact us at support@oggon.in to arrange re-shipment. Note that re-shipping charges may apply.
