The Oggon warranty covers all functional and mechanical components — including the seat mechanism, hydraulic gas lift, lumbar support adjustment, armrest adjustment, castor wheels, and headrest mechanism. Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with packaging intact and untampered. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Email return@oggon.in to begin your return.

Maharashtra and nearby states get delivery in 1–3 business days. Most of India including Delhi, South India, and Central India receives orders in 3–5 business days. Orders can be cancelled for free before dispatch. Email cancel@oggon.in or WhatsApp us at +91 73888 99937 with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you may return the product within 7 days of delivery. View Refund Policy →

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oggon.in with your Order ID, a description of the damage, and clear photos or a short video. Genuine transit damage is fully covered — we will arrange a free replacement or complete refund with zero deductions.

Yes, COD is available on select pincodes across India — confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. A small COD handling fee may apply on certain orders. For faster processing and priority dispatch, prepaid payment is recommended.

All Oggon chairs are delivered in flat-pack boxes with all components, hardware, and a step-by-step assembly manual included. Most models can be fully assembled in 15–20 minutes without any special tools.
